Summer Training (Optional)

For those that are interested in training during the summer, Coach Dane will be doing workouts with younger age athletes, but you are welcomed to train on your own or with teammates. Coach Aaron and Coach Zach will also be present to offer suggested workouts.  Here is a breakdown of the summer schedule:

End of school year

Week of May 19th- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4-6pm

Week of May 26th- Wednesday, and Friday from 4-6pm (Monday is Memorial Day)

Summer

Week of June 2nd-Mid July- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30-10:30am
